Starply connects to your Google Business Profile and Yelp account. When a new review comes in, our AI reads it, analyzes the sentiment and key topics, and drafts a personalized reply that matches your brand voice. You review the draft, edit if needed, and post directly — or let auto-reply handle it automatically.

Yes. Starply syncs reviews from both Google Business Profile and Yelp. You can read and respond to both platforms from a single dashboard. Note: Google allows direct reply posting via API; for Yelp, we generate the reply for you to copy and post (Yelp's API currently doesn't support reply automation).
Auto-reply mode (available on Growth and above) automatically approves and posts AI-generated replies without your manual approval. You can configure it to only auto-reply to positive reviews (4–5 stars) for a safer experience, while negative reviews still land in your inbox for manual review.
Absolutely. In Settings, you can choose from five built-in tone presets (Friendly Owner, Professional Manager, Support Team, Casual & Friendly, Empathetic & Caring) or describe your own custom brand voice. The AI applies this consistently across every reply.
Our AI automatically flags reviews that mention health issues, safety concerns, legal threats, or extreme language. These are surfaced immediately in your Escalations inbox so you can respond personally and urgently — rather than having them slip through in a high-volume queue.
