It means for as long as Starply operates as a product. You pay once and get access to your plan's features indefinitely, including updates and improvements we ship to your tier. If we ever sunset the product (we don't plan to), we'd give at least 12 months' notice and help you transition.

Can I upgrade to a higher tier later?

Yes. Lifetime deal customers can upgrade by paying the difference between their current tier and the new tier's lifetime price. For example, upgrading from Starter ($149) to Growth ($299) would cost $150.

How does the 60-day guarantee work?

If Starply isn't working for your business within 60 days of purchase, email us at support@starply.ai and we'll process a full refund. No questionnaire, no "exit interview" required. We'd appreciate knowing why, but it's not a condition.

What if you add features above my tier?

You get everything included in your tier at the time of purchase, plus any improvements we make to those features. If we add entirely new premium features to a higher tier, those would require an upgrade. Core product improvements benefit everyone.
